ICT Technician SupportThe core service that Badger provides to schools is the technician support service, delivered by our team of fully qualified and CRB checked technicians. This is backed by a responsive help desk providing remote access support.

The duration of standard visits in term time is 3.5 hours when the technician will undertake routine maintenance; attend to any existing or developing faults and generally assist the school with any ICT related matters.

Along with these routine activities the package will also provide you completely free of charge with..

  • Unlimited reactive visits to deal with problems with your ICT and peripheral technology, printers, interactive whiteboards, projectors etc.
  • Unlimited telephone and remote access support via our dedicated help desk
  • Unlimited off-site hardware repairs (excluding parts and third party repairs)
  • A half day technician advisory session prior to an Ofsted inspection
  • Independent advice regarding ICT related matters and assistance in structuring an ICT development plan

Badger Computer Services is a partner of RM's Affiliated Technician Support Scheme (ATSS) and by using our technician support service the cost of your RM support contract will automatically reduce by up to 30%. We are also a premier partner of AMI Educational Solutions to provide sales, installation and support training for Ranger Software.
